I’m 2 for 2 this week with swim workouts! Tonight’s workout: a Run/Swm brick. 4 miles in :35:15 (8:48/mile pace) – followed by 2100m in the pool. The only problem with this workout was the MASSIVE calf cramp suffered in the last set (25 sprints). I’m still nursing sore legs. Ugh.
Either way – hell of a run pace followed by swim time. Now, just don’t call me Nemo 🙂
